Honorary Consuls in Australia
The Honorary Consuls are tasked with the promotion of business dealings with South Africa, and distribution of general information on South Africa. They are more focused on promoting Investment and Trade between South Africa and Australia and may assist with consular enquiries. However the Honorary Consuls do not perform consular functions.

Honorary Consul in Victoria
Honorary Consul Mr Raphael Geminder was accredited to perform the role of Honorary Consul of South Africa on 13 July 2006.
The Honorary Consuls representation in South Yarra, Victoria assists with general consular enquiries, however they do not Authenticate or Certify South African documents.
For Authentication and Certification of documents please contact the South African High Commission on +61 2 6272 7300, Monday to Thursday, between 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday between 8.30am to 3.00pm.

Honorary Consul Mr Bill Repard was accredited to perform the role of Honorary Consul of South Africa on 24 Jan 2003. The Office of the Hon Consul can assist with Authentication and Certification of South African documents and general consular enquiries. Since January 2016 the office has also provided a service for South African citizens to have fingerprints taken.
